Sales Surge Performance System is committed to making this website accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to follow the accessibility expectations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Measures we take
- Semantic headings, landmarks, and lists so screen readers can navigate the page.
- A visible “Skip to main content” link and clear keyboard focus indicators.
- Color combinations chosen and tested for sufficient text contrast.
- Text that can be resized or zoomed without loss of content or function.
- Meaningful alternative text for images; decorative images hidden from assistive tech.
- Reduced motion honored for visitors who prefer it in their system settings.
- Full keyboard operability for navigation, links, and enrollment buttons.
Third-party content
Enrollment payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. We do not control the accessibility of those pages, though we choose providers who publish their own accessibility commitments.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review this site as content changes and correct issues we find. Some older or third-party materials may not yet meet every criterion.
Tell us about a barrier
If you encounter a barrier, or need any part of this program provided in an alternative format such as large print, plain text, or a live-assisted walkthrough, tell us and we will work with you to provide the information or service you need. We aim to reply within five business days.
Our published accessibility contact line is being finalized. In the meantime, reply to any Sales Surge program message you have received, or reach the program through Connected Leaders Academy or Schilling Sales and Marketing, Inc., and your request will be routed to the person responsible for accessibility.
Enforcement and feedback
If our response does not resolve your concern, you may ask for it to be escalated to the program owners for review. Your feedback also guides the fixes we prioritize next.
